The situation becomes all the more worse when we cannot provide them as employment or admission into the college or university for specialized youths suffer from frustration due to unemployment and desired education. As we know during the last decade on an average nearly 2.50 lac youths suffer from frustration due to unemployment and desired education problems. More over these youth can neither procure a job or desired education nor get their consequent upon that they take higher education due to lack of seats in university and colleges resort to unpleasant and unacceptable activities like hooliganism extortion drug addiction arson etc.
